Sean Flanagan has played bagpipes for twenty one (21) years and has played for both the New York Shields Pipes and Drums (formerly the NY Transit Police Emerald Society) and the NYPD Emerald Society Pipes and Drums. He is a member of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association and has performed in parades and for audiences all over the United States, in Canada, and in Ireland.
